Purchasing or selling a home is one of the most exciting yet challenging times of our lives and I am keenly aware that this important event is not just a game of numbers. You are investing more than money during this process and I strive to be a calming and patient guide during the entire process. Because a home is more than just a place where you reside, you deserve a Realtor® who has your best interests in mind. My goal is not simply to find my clients the best house for the best price, but to connect people to their particular lifestyles. Whatever your specific real estate needs, I can help you find the perfect home and neighborhood, invest in your future, or market your home to potential buyers.
History and Experience
I have loved living and raising a family in the great Pacific Northwest for over 28 years. I have owned nine homes in the Seattle area and I am the mother of two daughters who were raised and educated in the Greater Eastside. I have had my real estate license since 1987. I also hold the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS); only 4% of licensed Realtors® hold this prestigious designation. I am a member of the Washington Association of Realtors®, Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Seattle-King County Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®. I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Relocation Specialist.
